What we collect

When you submit the assessment form we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, years of experience, current salary band, target track and preferred mode of study. We also record which page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in the URL.

If analytics is enabled we collect standard usage data — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser — through Google Analytics and, where configured, Meta Pixel.

Why we collect it

To contact you about the assessment call you requested, to recommend a suitable track, and to understand which of our pages actually help people. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the service providers who run our infrastructure — Google (Sheets and Analytics), our hosting provider, and our email provider. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with other education companies.

With your explicit consent during placement support, we share your resume and profile with hiring companies. That never happens without you agreeing to it first.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last contact with us. Records for enrolled students are kept for as long as we have a contractual or legal reason to, and deleted after that.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email harsha@stint.academy and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics and, if you arrived from an advertisement, for attribution. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
