Yes. A gap is one of the most common reasons people come to us. What matters is that you have prior work experience and can commit to the schedule. We'll help you build recent project work so the gap stops being the first thing an interviewer asks about.
Can I do this alongside a full-time job?
That is who the programme is designed for. Batches run on weekday evenings and weekends, sessions are recorded, and mock interviews are scheduled around your working hours. Most people finish while working full time.
When do batches start and what are the timings?
New batches start every month. Weekday batches run in the evening and weekend batches run across Saturday and Sunday mornings. We confirm the exact slot for your track on your assessment call.
How much does it cost?
It varies by track. We share the exact fee and EMI plans in your assessment call, along with what’s included.
What if I don't get placed?
Placement support continues until you are hired — there is no cut-off date after which we stop. That means mock interviews, resume iterations and referrals keep going. We will be straight with you on your assessment call about whether your target role and timeline are realistic.
Which companies hire from Stint?
Our placed candidates have joined Maersk and Macy’s among others, across product companies and consulting firms in Bengaluru, plus remote roles.
Is it online or offline?
Both. You can attend live online from anywhere, or in person at our Bengaluru centre. Many people mix the two — online on weekdays, in person for weekend project sessions and mock interviews.
How is Stint different from Scaler or Baskoder?
Three things: we work only with experienced professionals rather than students, mock interviews are unlimited rather than capped, and placement support runs until you are hired rather than for a fixed window. We also run offline batches in Bengaluru, not only online.
Do you work with freshers or students?
No. Every track assumes prior work experience, and the interview preparation is built around presenting that experience. If you are still studying or in your first year of work, we are not the right fit yet.
What if I miss sessions because of work?
Sessions are recorded and you keep access. If you fall badly behind because of a project crunch, you can move to a later batch at no extra cost.
Do you guarantee a job?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. What we commit to is that placement support does not stop on a fixed date — mock interviews, referrals and resume work continue until you are hired.
How large are the batches?
Small enough that the mentor knows your name and your project. Exact numbers vary by track and batch timing.
