What each stage actually involves
1. Assess
A 30-minute call, free, no obligation. We look at your current profile, the role you want, and whether the gap between them is closeable in a sensible timeframe. If it is not, or if a different track fits better, we say so on the call. Roughly one in five people we speak to are told to wait or go elsewhere.
2. Train
Live batches on weekday evenings or weekends, recorded so you can catch up after a late release or a work trip. Projects are built on problems companies actually have, not tutorial datasets, and each one is written up so you can walk an interviewer through your decisions.
3. Mock
Weekly mock interviews with the placement team, starting before you feel ready. Each is recorded and followed by written feedback. Rounds are modelled on the companies you are targeting. There is no cap on how many you do.
4. Place
Resume and LinkedIn rebuilt around the target role, referrals into hiring partners, interview scheduling handled around your working hours, and help with offer negotiation. This continues until you are hired.
