Irfan worked in reporting and dashboards, and wanted to move into applied AI before that window closed. Where things stood
Irfan built dashboards and wrote reports. He could see AI roles opening up and did not want to be the analyst who watched that window close from the outside.

The interview run
The evaluation work is what got him hired. Most candidates could build a RAG demo; far fewer could say how they knew it worked.
